I know that I am making this way too difficult but here is my
question.
I am removing an old 2003 (sp2) file server that has our root DFS
(Domain based) on it. I have already moved all the files to the new
2003 (x64) server and updated the links in DFS. Now I need to move
the DFS root target to the new server and keep the same name\share.
Do I just create a new Root target? If this is true then when I
create
the new root I can't use the same name.
So how do I do this?
Any advice or direction would be welcome
question.
