Windows 2003 R2 Enterprise 32 Bit

I always thought that the 32 bit versions of Windows servers have a limit of
4GB RAM.

Now is does not seem to be the case. Is it true that the 32 Bit version of
Windows 2003 R2 Enterprise can support up to 64GB RAM?

Yes, provided the hardware supports Physical Address Extension (PAE)
(most new hardware does).
