Hi everyone. We wish to implement a IM solution in our 2003 server / XP
environment.

What's the best Microsoft solution?

If possible we'd like to host a Messenger server, then have users sign into
it with their Active Directory accounts (or even have it pass through). Then
they can do IM and see peoples status (in, out, busy) etc as needed.

Regards and all advice appreciated.
