WSUS backup and restore

Good Morning,
I'd like to know the exact procedure and SEQUENCE for the backup of Wsus
config and Update content.
I am actually studying for the 70-290 and there are many questions and a bit
of confusion i found about it. First metabase with IIS?? etc etc
