Hi,
I have got a HP Pavilion dv9000 series with following configuration:
-AMD64 bit Dualcore Turion
-2gbyte memory
-140 gbyte harddisk with 93 gbyte free
- plugged in to mains all the time

When I install Vista SP1 I get first the following error
- Error 800F0829 (Error: laptop not plugged in to mains).

Then the computer restarts and tries to apply the SP1 again.
It fails with:
- Error 8001A90 (Error: The function attempted to use a name that is
reserved for use by another transaction).

I switched off Spyware blocker and Antivirus during upgrade process.
What do I need to do to get around this error?

Best regards,
Seekquel
