Everytime it crashes, I get this error report:

BCCode : 9c BCP1 : 00000000 BCP2 : F780FO50 BCP3 : B2000000 BCP4 :
1040080F OSVer : 5_1_2600 SP : 1_0

What can I do to fix this problem?

This is a hardware error within the CPU, RAM, or motherboard. Further
testing of hardware is necessary in order to identify exactly which of
these components is the actual culprit.

Stop error message in Windows XP that you may receive: "0x0000009C
http://support.microsoft.com/?kbid=329284&sd=RMVP

Understanding and troubleshooting the "Stop 0x0000009C" screen
http://support.microsoft.com/?kbid=162363

Good luck.

It will probably require a visit to a good computer repair shop.

You might try the free version of #1-Tufftest from
http://www.tufftest.com/free.htm

I have found it to be useful on a few occasions when diagnosing
hardware errors.

Good luck
