Do we have internet connector license for windows 2008? Is there any online
Microsoft resource that explains windows 2008 internet connector license

I am going to use windows 2008 standard edition as a web server. Do I need
any special licensing for the server?

As with any MS licensing concern, it's best to hear it from the source.
Suggest you confirm with your reseller or a MS licensing rep, or both. But
the doc specifies the following;

No, if anonymous *Internet only* user access

If authenticated and not using web edition, then you'd need the External
Connector for external users.
