Deleted the administrative tools folder from program group. TS 2008

Now is no longer visible on all the users that log into the desktop.
How can I get it back?

How did you perform the delete?
Try the following:
right click on 'Start', click properties->Start Menu->Customize
for classic start menu, make sure 'Display administrative tools is
checked'
for start menu, make sure 'System administrative tools' is properly set.
