TS Web Access My Documents

[Net Admin]

Server 2003, 2008 mixed AD Forest.
How can I prevent users from saving to My Documents, Desktop, or the root of
their profile while in TS Web Access?
I've read tens of articles on the subject and tried everything. The only
thing I can find that works somewhat is disabling the C drive. This doesn't
prevent them from saving to the "Documents" folder.
