help, it is my problem, it is the same problem.
I have Win2k SP 4

Event ID: 1055 Source: ClusSvc. Category: 2055
Cluster File Share resource 'Office' has failed a status check. The error
code is 64.

How to settle this truble?

Do you have MS hotfix 872790 applied?

If so, then this type of issue is usually a memory/resource issue. You
should engage Microsoft PSS to troubleshoot this further.

I think that the given package is established, as I do updatings Windows
