List the machines they are allowed to log into within the Properties of
their user account.

Can I do that in AD? I have many users (but not doing it all) and don't
want to modify this property for individual user.

User accounts exist in AD,...so yes it is in AD.
If you mean GPO,...then I have no idea.

You have to do it for every account if the account already existed.
If they don't already exist you might be able to create a Template Account
with those correct settings that you then "copy" the account to create new
ones,...maybe those settings would copy with it,..I'm not sure.
