I downloaded a an Oracle database driver so I could move some data into our
SQL Server but I could not open the file.
Error:
"this file came from another computer and might be blocked to help protect
this computer"

I found the answer on Google that describes how to fix the problem but there
is probably still code running out there that needs to be destroyed. You need
to run gpedit.msc and change a setting under Administrative Templates. Check
Google for the specifics.
I am trying to find out which Microsoft update did this to my computer and
remove it.
I will probably need to restore to a check point but this would be much
easier if I could uninstall the specific Microsoft update.
I am not sure if restoring to a check point will roll back the Microsoft
update.
I am so sick of Microsoft, I wonder how many relationships they destroy
every day.
Can you just provide me with the specific update that did this so I can
remove it!
