I am running a Terminal Services environment with a single server running
Windows Server 2003 R2
When a user logs off from their terminal services session I see the same
three warnings in the system tab of the event viewer for each printer they
had in their terminal services session – a sample follows with the user’s
name xxx’d out
Event code 8 - Printer Samsung ML-2510 Series (from xxx) in session 1 was
purged.
Event code 4 - Printer Samsung ML-2510 Series (from xxx) in session 1 is
pending deletion.
Event code 3 - Printer Samsung ML-2510 Series (from xx) in session 1 was
deleted.
This user had four printers created when they logged on – each of the four
printers had the same three warning messages shown above.
This happens for all users.
We are seeing some latency issues on our system – when investigating
possible causes I saw these Warning Messages. Do these warnings indicate a
problem? If so, how do I stop it from happening?

These do no represent a problem but are for informational purposes.
I do not know how to turn them off because I prefer to have
them on.
