Any Backup Programs That Will Do a File System Compare?

Can someone recommend a third party backup program that would do a file
system comparison between what is on a backup and what is on a target file
system, and report just the changes, without actually doing the backup or
restore?

It is not third-party but robocopy.exe /L will do it.
