Just the other day when I loaded the computer, I got this error message:

C:\Windows\system32\config\systemprofile\Desktop refers to a location

that is unavailable. It could be on a hard drive on this computer, or on

a network. Check to make sure that the disk is properly inserted, or

that you are connected to the internet or your network, and then try

again. If it still cannot be located, the information might have been

moved to a different location.

I have also been having the "Dependency service or group failed to

start" problem for many of the programs I try to load. It just occurred

the other night.

I did try the cmd sfc/scannow, but it told me that I must be an

administrator running a console session and I get the same dependency

service message when I try to run something as an administrator.

Any help would be appreciated.

Also, I feel like part of this problem is stemming from a problem with

my Dell not recognizing my charger. It will keep the laptop powered, but

it won't charge the laptop. I'm sitting at 0% charge whenever I'm

working on my laptop and am on Power Saver power plan which makes things

run slowly and less efficiently.

Any solution for that problem would be appreciated as well.

Thank you.
