Hmmm. I bet he was only pretending to have towed your vehicle to throw
you off the trail. You would never expect a car thief to call, so that
is exactly what he did. Ingenious. Never underestimate the
cleverness of the black-sounding man.

Maybe Low re-tire-d to Mechanicsburg Pa.

I think he was stoned and just decided to see if I had moved. I had a
unlisted number at the time. The owner of the business sold it but his
email account is still active and he refuses to respond, what a crook.
