Printmig Problem

I'm trying to migrate a clustered print spooler resource to another
cluster. Having trouble. I'm using PRINTMIG.EXE (version 3.1)
exactly the way I think I'm supposed to. Here's my script:

printmig.exe -r "d:\printmig\source.cab" \\newspooler

I've tried it with FQDN's and without. I've tried a couple different
versions of printmig.exe now too. The "source.cab" file was backed
up
from an existing clustered print spooler last night. It's big
(200+MB). I've tried the .cab file being stored on a file server as
well as on a local partition of the guest node currently housing the
clustered spooler resource. I've also running the script from the
cluster node currently housing the clustered spooler resource as well
as from an external executor (such as my desktop). Both
the 'source' cluster and the 'destination' cluster are identical in
every way except name and IP of course. The resources are identical,
the OS, SP, patch level, etc.

I get no errors. The .cab file appears to enumerate just fine, but
no
drivers, ports or queues are ever created on the destination spooler
resource.

Any help would be greatly apprecaited.

Thanks!

UPDATE:
I was able to get this functionality to work. BUT, oddly enough, I
was ONLY able to get it to work with version 3.0 of printmig.exe.
Version 3.1 would NOT comply. I do not know why. I have not tried re-
downloading 3.1 and attempting it again. I could've been using a
corrupt .exe file or something.

Thanks!
