Senario:
Company A Company B, there is a secure VPN tunnel between the 2 companies.
No trust was in place. A user in company A may need access to a file share
at company B. So company B created a user account
on B's AD for user in A.
User A tries to access the share, it prompts them for credentials, they type
in their company B account and all is good.
Sometime later a trust is established between AD's at A & B.
Now when User in company A tries to access that same share at B it no longer
works. They do not get a login.
The obvious choice would seem to grant User at A rights thru the trust to
this resource.
However this would require a ton of work because of the number of shares and
groups that are already in place at company B
any advice??
