Support for SysInternals Tools

Does anyone know how Microsoft is doing support for the SysInternals tools
it purchased from the company of the same name? I want to submit an online
ticket and I know at one time they had a support staff that specialized in
that tool. When I sent email to one of them it bounced back as "Access
Denied".
