I have more than 1000 files in one folder, but i need to backup that folder
every day and it take about 1 hour to backup the whole folder.

How can I skip to backup the old file, only backup the new file created

You could use robocopy.exe. It has a full set of switches that relate
to the selection of files to be copied, e.g. by file age.
