Which service consumes resurses

If I see in Windows Task Manager that svchost.exe is consuming 70% of CPU
how can I know which service excatly is doing that?

Download Process Explorer from Microsoft's website - it's a vry nice
Sysinternals tool. It should help you figure out what's what.
