Join console session

Hello,

is it possible to join a console session? I tried it on a W2003Server and
get the message, the "Remote control is disabled on that Session". Is it
possible to enable it? Does it have something to do with the policy
settings? Haven't found any relevant. Or with TS CLAs?

No $hit! - learn something new every day, didn't think you could shadow
the console... good info.
