I received a pdf file today in Outlook Express. When I clicked on it Windows
said there was no program associated with the file name. Huh? I've opened
hundreds of them....what's this about? So I went to Folder Options and sure
enough there was no pdf file extension in the list. So I put one in and
created the association to Adobe 8.1, which is in my computer. It still will
not open. If I save the file I can open it at will from the Adobe program.
But this is not the way it has been. Whenever I click on a pdf file Windows
always opened it up with Adobe Acrobat. Can someone help?
