Yes. Home Premium has Windows Movie Maker and DVD Maker.
Go to Start menu > All Programs.
Help and Support has lots of info on those programs.
If you used WMM in XP you won’t have any problems. And, yes, those two
programs work fine, except there’s been problems with using .mp3 or .wav
audio files.
