Any Utility to Backup Registry?

Windows NT Resource Toolkit had a fantastic utility named regback.exe that
could be used to make perfect replicas of the registry keys, in case you
wanted to save backups without backing up the entire system state. I've
used those registry backups for many recoveries and they came in very handy.

Does Microsoft have a newer utility to replace regback.exe? Will
regback.exe still work on Windows 2003 and Windows 2008?

Re: Any Utility to Backup Registry?

Have you tried the Export under the file menu in Regedit? Or do you need
something more than that?

We need automation for doing those registry backups regularly.
