Hi
Our web server (Dell Server running 2003 Ent in a DMZ on it's own) has gone
into a boot loop, it gets as far as the Server 2003 loading screen then blue
screens and reboots, Safe Mode, LKGC etc do the same. Just to make things
more difficult the server was built by my predecessor and they kept no record
of the admin password so I can't get into recovery console. I'm trying to
avoid having to reload it.
Can anyone suggest a possible way of fixing the problem (are there any boot
disks that give similar functionality as the recovery console), getting into
recovery console or resetting the admin password?
Thanks for you help
