Sleep Mode

Hi,
My computer goes to sleep every 30 mins and I have changed settings in the
network card and BIOS to wake up computer but nothing happens, I have done
it once to remote desktop into the computer when it is asleep successfully,
but it doesn't want to do it anymore.
I have also tried browsing the network while the computer is asleep but that
doesn't wake it up either.

Please give details on your computer and configuration.
