Re: printer folder won't open onn win2k server
There are two primary things that can cause the spooler failure when
starting. There is a print job causing the crash or one of the print
drivers installed is causing the spooler service failure.
If the issue is a job, when the spooler is not running move or delete the
contents of \windows\system32\spool\printers (if this is you default spool
directory).
If the issue is a driver and the spooler will not run long enough to delete
them, then you will need to remove them from the registry so the spooler
does not load the files.
