looking for Terminal Server External Connector License (TS ECL) EULA

Anybody know how I can obtain a copy of the TS ECL EULA? We're looking
at deploying it for an ASP scenario running on Server 2003 Datacenter
CPU licenses and want to make sure we're EULA compliant before we make
the big purchase.

You'll need to work with a software reseller. If you don't have one, then
CDW would be a place to start.
