Windows Vista Delete Folder Missing

My Delete folder is missing from my Desk Top. Does anyone know how I can
recover it?

If you are referring to the recycle bin, right click a blank space on the
desktop, click "Personalize" and click "Change desktop icons" under tasks in
the left column, place a check next to Recycle Bin and click apply and ok.
