FIles on CD to be converted to .WIM image

Hi! Everbody,

Have a question:

I have a windows Server 2003 R2 cd and I want to make a ".WIM" image out of
it.

I want to do this so that I can add the ".WIM" image to my WDS on Windows
server 2008 and deploy when required.

I see a lot of people talking about converting their ".RIS" image to ".WIM"
on the internet.

This is my first time using the WDS so I dont have any ".RIS" images.

Guidance in achieving my goal is deeply appreciated.

Ven,
There is a microsoft.public.deployment.server newsgroup for WDS questions.
Meanwhile you will need to install W2K3 on a computer and then capture the
image,
