I received the following message from one of my application support users:
"We have a file, default.otm, that is 'not found' on the new server. It's
located here: http://www.doa.louisiana.gov/ois/Human_resources/default.otm.
It worked on the old windows server, but, not on the new. I suspect the the
new server is not set up to allow .otm extensions. Can you check on that for
me please? If that's not it, I really don't have a clue. I know the file
exists, because, I can open it from our g: drive."
The new server is win 2003 enterprise and the older server was win 2k
enterprise. I thought it might be an IIS issue where I had to name the
document under settings but that didn't work and it was not named on the old
server anyway. All permissions to the folders appear to be the same.
We have Cold Fusion loaded on this server but that should not be an issue
because this OIS application is not using Cold Fusion.
Any help in enabling default.otm on this new server would be greatly
appreciated.
thanks
