Your security settings do not allow websites to use ActiveX controls installed on your computer

How do I stop this message from appearing.

I have these ticked In Tools|Internet Options|Advanced|Security:
Allow active content from CDs to run on My Computer
Allow active content to run in files on My Computer

The settings you posted are in advanced tab,scroll to bottom of page,select
set to default,or advanced default settings,then open security tab,L.click on
each icon (one at a time),set to default,close out.
