Lost Adminstrative ICONS

i had to reinstall Windows and restore system state from my DC. However, now
I have no administrative icons for DHCP, DNS, Users and COMPUTERS, etc. It
appears the services are running correctly thru investigating our
workstations, etc.

How do I restore the administrative Icons?

The server is Windows 2003 Enterprise server with sp2

Copy them from a like server or just recreate them.
