Make sure you have set up the account correctly, including entering the
username and password exactly as it should be.

Next, consult your e-mail provider's support pages. I suspect you have a
server setting wrong, such as a port number or SSL/TLS security. Most
providers offer step-by-step instructions for how to set up Windows
Mail/Outlook Express with their service.

How can i set up an E-Mail Address in Windows Mail?
I read the Help But I can't Add it.After Internet Mail Logon Level,was
opened a Window with This Description : Please Verify your Username and
Password to Logon or like this!!!
Please Help Me!!!

Go to Tools, Accounts, Add, Email Account, and follow the prompts.

Your mail provider should have directions for at least Outlook Express,
which will be almost identical, past this point.
