Hello!
I was wondering if anyone can help me with this intermitent issue. I
am trying to figure out why sometimes a fax can be transmitted and
sometimes it can't.
Here is what I get from the fax server log:
[09:02:21][601626328][ 310567][ ] Sending TCF...
[09:02:21][601626328][ 131580][ ] send:
"AT+FTM=145"
[09:02:23][601627828][ 131688][ ] recv:
"CONNECT"
[09:02:23][601627828][ 50202][ ] send: 1350
zeroes
[09:02:23][601627828][ 200300][ ] send: 1350
zeroes
[09:02:23][601627828][ 50354][ ] send:
<dle><etx>
[09:02:23][601628625][ 131732][WRN] failed to
receive expected response: OK, ERROR, NO CARRIER
[09:02:23][601628625][ 131739][ ] send:
"AT"
[09:02:24][601628875][ 310571][ERR] Failed to send TCF -
aborting
[09:02:24][601628875][ 310313][ ] Phase E - Hang-up
Modem is a 3Com USR Model 5690 Voice/Fax.
Updated drivers have been installed.
Using a Voip phone line to fax out. Voip line is clean according to
Comcast.
Any suggestions?
