Hi,

I am looking for a method to restart a remote server as soon as the server
is not accessible via port 3389 during a specific amount of time.

How can I check right from the remote server: "is my port 3389 still
reachable or not?".

Or are there different, even more common tasks to get the same effect?

Thanks for your input.

Re: restart if not accessible

Hello Patrick D.,

Just because the server is not accessible does not mean that the server is
the reason for that. There can be a lot more problems when it doesn't work.
Also i think that kind of control will not be possible. For example if 3389
will be unable to use for whatever reason or just waits for some action,
the server will reboot always.

Best regards
