2008 license on 2003 server

We have a 2003 license server and we recently purchased licenses for our 2003
terminal server. Since 2003 licenses have been discontinued we were given
2008 licenses. Now when trying to install these licenses, I get an error
message 0x13a7 which points to KB article 839878. This article says 2008
licenses cannot be installed on a 2003 license server. How can I install
these licenses without having to upgrade the license server?

Hi Marvin:

Basically what you have to do is downgrade the licenses from 2008 to 2003.
This done by the clearinghouse house in your country.
