Our organization provides internet access and allows clients to print for a
fee.
The network is set up similar to this:
client---Print Server---Printers.
the Cilent OS is Windows 2000 SP4, the Print Server is Windows XP
Professional.
Inorder to prevent the wasting of pages by users accidentally clicking the
print button We would like to have an administrator control whether a print
job actually goes to the printer. Is this possible?
The print server is Windows XP Professional and there are two printers
connected:
1. HP LaserJet 4000TN
2. HP color LaserJet 3500
