Blue screen!! plz help..

Dear friend,

Few days ago I faced blue screen with following error message:


A problem has been detected and Windows has been shut down to prevent damage
to your computer.

IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL

If this is the first time you have seen this stop error screen, restart
yoyur computer.
If this screen appears again, follow these steps:

Check to make sure any new hardware of software is properly installed. If
this is new installation, ask your hardware or software manufaturer for any
Windows updates you maight need.

If problem continue, disable or remove any newly installed hardware or
software. Disable BIOS memeroy option such as caching or shadowing. If you
need to use safe mode to remove or disable componenets, restart your
computer, press F8 to select advanced startup options, and then select safe
mode.

Notebook: Fujitsu Siemens lifebook c1110
Intel (R) Pentium (R)M
Precessor 1400 MHz
797MHz, 509 MB of RAM



After that I formatted drive C and installed fresh copy of Win XP Pro SP2
but again same problem is there.

Any healpful idea would be highly appreciated.

You can analyze this files using debugging tools:

How to read the small memory dump files that Windows creates for debugging
http://support.microsoft.com/kb/315263

Look for the MODULE_NAME and IMAGE_NAME headings. This is the program that
caused the error. Sometimes when it's a device driver it means that that
device is causing the BSOD and by disabling it or updating the driver your
system will run stable. If you don't know what device that name relates to
then Google it.

usage: [ y <sympath>] <dumpfile>

What should I do next?

There's nothing in there. Did you install the debugging tool?
Configure the dump type (see the link I gave)
Install the debugging tools
To download and install the Windows debugging tools, visit the following
Microsoft Web site:
http://www.microsoft.com/whdc/devtools/debugging/default.mspx
Select the Typical installation. By default, the installer installs the
debugging tools in the following folder:
C:\Program Files\Debugging Tools for Windows

Open the dump file
To open the dump file after the installation is complete, follow these steps:
1. At the command prompt type "cd c:\program files\debugging tools for
windows", without the quotes.
2. Then type: windbg -y
srv*c:\symbols*http://msdl.microsoft.com/download/symbols -i c:\windows\i386
-z c:\windows\minidump\Mini081908-01.dmp (its your minidump dated Aug. 19,
2008 if there is a new minidump file you can use that instead).
3. The dump file will open on WinDbg window. Bellow at the Command window
will show the results. Note the line with heading "Probably caused by:"
4. Now click "!analyze -v" (in blue text). Bugcheck Analysis appears.

I forgot you should be connected to the internet during the process because
the symbols path is at http://msdl.microsoft.com/download/symbols.
