Brief Summary:

We had a Windows 2000 DC that was a Terminal Server Licensing box, which
distributed CALs to our Windows 2000 Terminal Server users. Recently, we
have demoted all Windows 2000 DC and installed 3 new Windows 2003 DC's.
Therefore, the Terminal Server Licensing on the former Windows 2000 DC
ceased to work.

I had to installed a Terminal Server Licensing on one of our Windows 2003 DC
this morning, because none of our users were able to connect to our Windows
2000/2003 terminal servers. I was able to obtain new Windows 2003 CALs thru
Microsoft and everyting worked out fine.

Previously, we've purchased 400 Windows 2000 and 275 Windows 2003, terminal
server CALs.

My questions are:

The Windows 2003 Terminal Server License should be able to distribute CALs
to Windows 2000 and Windows Terminal Server, right?

All I need to do is install the Windows 2000 and Windows 2003 CALs on the
Terminal Server License box, or purchase additional Windows 2003 CAL to be
backward compatible with Windows 2000?

Thanks,
Steven
