Can XP theme be run under W2008 and TS.

I know that a Vista desktop experience can be set up under W2008 (I have
added the feature but cannot work out how to use it - maybe because users are
still using RDP 5.2 - but that's another question) but I would like to still
have our TS users experiencing Windows XP.

Is this possible under W2008.

I believe their experience can only emulate Vista, as the shell is
dramatically different than XP.
