Is there a way to check what's taking licenses? When I get to Admin
tools>Licensing on an 2003SBS server it just tels me how many are
installed and what's the maximum usage. I've got 10 licenses and only
9 computers including the server so I would like to find out why the
maximum usage is 11. Thanks
yaro

Re: Licenses

Because the license logging service does not work as expected. Stop and
disable the service and keep track of your licenses manually.

Hi - don't stop the licensing service - as you're running SBS, many things
are done differently than in the regular versions. Try posting in
microsoft.public.windows.server.sbs for more expert help.

Thanks but how do you mean manually? I cant' think of any
Application within the system that would allow me to manually
assign licenses. Besides if I stop the licensing service do I need
to worry about the licanses at all?
