EDIT: fixed, see below the original post for my fix
***************************************

I just finished building my first computer. Vista and my other
programs installed fine, but now I'm trying to install updates and
drivers but whenever I download them, they get split into 2 parts.

Here is a pic.

edit: In my download window, it says "This download has been blocked
by your Security Zone Policy"

Here are my specs:
Vista Home Premium x64
Asus P5N-D mobo (Nvidia 750 SLI chipset)
Intel Core2 Q6600
2 gigs of 800MHz ram
XFX 8800GT video card
Creative X-Fi sound card

I'm running avast! antivirus and Comodo firewall.
Any help is greatly appreciated, thank you in advance.

Are you using a download manger?

I posted this on the Steam forums, and they say that I don't need to
install 32bit programs in the x86 folder, that I can put them anywhere
and vista will run them fine. Is this correct?

A wise person would let Windows put things where it wants to.
