Error during upgrading to Win2k3 Ent. Edition

[S H A R I Q U E]

I am upgrading in-place Windows NT 4.0 Standard Version with Service Pack 6a
to Windows Server 2003 Ent Edition.After entering product key and completing
remaining wizard.The computer restarts.Subsequently, on DOS-Mode screen, i
get following screen
"File \$Win_NT$.~BT\ntkrnlmp.exe could not be loaded.The error code is
4.Setup cannot continue".
I am performing this uprade using Virtual PC 2007. How can i get this error
off the way to uprade?

Can be a problem with the installation media.

Well...i capture ISO image of WindowsOS to upgrade...i tried two different
ISOs but error remained the same..
I will look for another one and lets see what happens from now on
