Has anyone had trouble with 64 bit drivers for ASUS or other
motherboards for Server 2008?
We are suffering disk controller errors (which show up as such in the
event log) and then system freezes. We are using Quad Core CPUs with
8GB+ RAM and so we've had to use ASUS boards when normally, they
wouldn't have been our first choice. Usually too flaky. The drives are
just regular 10,000 RPM Sata drives but it also happens to 7200 RPM
Seagates.
What successful motherboard/CPU configurations are other folks using in
64 bit scenarios?
Thanks,
