How to forbid the annoying "debug dialog"?

Hi,

On my machine, there is a windows service that crash again and again.
Every time it crashes, a dialog pop up and ask me whether I want to
"debug it or send an report to MS".

For certain reasons , I can't uninstall the application. So, do u how
can I forbid windows to pop up that dialog forever?

Oh, thanks, but it seems doesn't work.
