I am having problems with my laptop charger charging. It powers the
computer, but it won't charge the battery full so when I pull the plug,
it automatically powers off the laptop. Is there anything anyone knows
about this?

I ran a CMD scan and it said there were errors on the laptop, but ones
they could not fix on their own. If I copied the CMD log would anyone be
willing to look at it and let me know what I can do to fix these errors?

Its been pretty frustrating. Thank you for your help.

Most likely the battery is kaput. Charging should normally not depend on
the operating system, so if you connect the box (powered down) to its power
brick overnight, and the next morning the battery still doesn't have a
charge, it's either the battery or the charging circuitry...and
statistically the battery being the point of failure is almost a certainty.
