Windows Vista RE: Windows Explorer stopped / restarting loop

He really needs to have the vista disk for repairs or reinstall. Have him
contact the computer maker and request the disk. Has he removed the nokia
update to see if that's the problem?

I have the Nokia pc suite loaded here in Vista 64 ultimate. I did not have a
problem installing or using it.
