Hi
I have found an article in the past that explained the difference between a
User initiated shutdown and a System initiated shutdown.
Many of the repsonses to similar questions about "no rdp after reboot"
mention the use of shutdown.exe, and this is indeed the fix offered by the
KB/Q article I am looking for. However, I would like to be able to qoute the
article number in some documentation for some procedures I am putting
together. I have searched high and low but I am now requesting your
help...who ever might come along.
930045 is not what I am after as it suggests a hanging server and that's not
what I get. The article I want centered around the premise that TS
reliability was intermittent when a shutdown was issued from within an RDP
session, via the Start bar.
Thanks in advance for any assistance
